Pipa Centro Residence

Pipa Centro Residence consists of ten, ocean view, luxury apartments in the center of downtown Pipa.

The new build (as of December 2016) is situated less than a 2 minute walk to the main street which is where you will find all the restaurants, bars and shops. Plus, it is only a 4 minute walk to some of Brazil's best beaches. When you choose to spend your vacation here, all of Pipa's attractions will be just steps from your door, yet it is quiet enough for quality relaxation.

The building features a swimming pool, a sun deck on the roof with panoramic ocean views, a large jacuzzi, shaded lounge chairs and private parking.

We have 1 bedroom apartments with capacity for 4 people, 2 bedroom apartments with capacity for 6 and duplexes featuring a private jacuzzi on the roof with capacity for 6. Each apartment is equipped with a sea view terrace, a furnished kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a 40" flat screen TV and WIFI.

Sheets and towels are included in the price. Free baby cribs are available upon request. Housekeeping service is optional: Housekeeping For the 1 bedroom apartment is R$ 25, for the two bedroom apartment it is R$35 and for the Duplex it is R$50.
